For those that joined us last year you may recall the flying rubber chickens. We LOVE the rubber chickens! In fact, we have been known to take the chickens in all their rubbery glory to our kids schools so the students can fully enjoy the zinging of those scrawny chicken bodies through the air. The screams of delight, the focused intent of the chicken launcher, and the feel of a chicken zooming past you at mach 5 is something you cannot forget.
The flying chicken challenge was one of the favorite challenges from last year and we have already heard from many of you that you would like them back. We concur! Chickens and shopping carts have a special place in our fuzzy hearts and we are looking forward to finding a new way for these chicks to participate in the Iditarod. If you have a wild idea for clucking madness send us your suggestions. We're always "game" for something new!
